Reiki Level 1 Class - Group Class

September 20th, 9:00am - 1:00pm

Join our Reiki Level 1 Group Class where you will learn the origin of Usui Reiki and its core ethical guidelines along with an introduction to the body's energy system, including chakras. You will also learn basic hand positions to share safe, non-professional healing with family, friends, or pets.

The class is a mix of lecture, discussion, and hands on practice where you will also receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement. No prior experience is needed.

Packing a snack and drink is encouraged!

About your Reiki Master Teacher, Kasey Moore:

In 2012, I began my Reiki journey after struggling with anxiety and depression.  Learning and practicing Reiki was one way to ease the discomfort in my life and ultimately led me to where I am today.  After being unhappy in corporate America for 13 years, I decided to make a major change in my life and in 2024 I started a candle business and was able to quit my job in early 2025.  In May of 2025, I was given the chance of a lifetime when a storefront opened up in Old Milford and I jumped on the opportunity.  I just celebrated my first anniversary at my storefront, I have expanded my product line and now offer a multitude of products where everything is focused on clean scents and products.  As of July 2026 I am now offering Reiki sessions and Reiki classes at my storefront in Old Milford.
