Reiki Session

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice where a practitioner places their hands lightly on your body to promote deep relaxation, ease stress, and balance your body's vital life force energy.

What to expect: You may feel warmth or tingling where the practitioner's hands are placed.  Many will enter a deeply calming or meditative state.  Reiki is not meant to treat or prevent against any illnesses and should be practiced alongside traditional medical care and never replace it.

Sessions are 30 min, 60 min, or 90 min.

About your Reiki Master Teacher, Kasey Moore:

In 2012, I began my Reiki journey after struggling with anxiety and depression.  Learning and practicing Reiki was one way to ease the discomfort in my life and ultimately led me to where I am today.  After being unhappy in corporate America for 13 years, I decided to make a major change in my life and in 2024 I started a candle business and was able to quit my job in early 2025.  In May of 2025, I was given the chance of a lifetime when a storefront opened up in Old Milford and I jumped on the opportunity.  I just celebrated my first anniversary at my storefront, I have expanded my product line and now offer a multitude of products where everything is focused on clean scents and products.  As of July 2026 I am now offering Reiki sessions and Reiki classes at my storefront in Old Milford.
